Cedar Flat is a large North Shore neighborhood that rolls upward along the mountainside with many lakeview homes. There are various homeowner piers associated with some of the neighborhoods so it is important to inquire about this. The neighborhoods can be mixed with older cabins, old tahoe cabins, modern architecture with views and various other cabins so the pricing can be quite diverse and many entry level Tahoe City homes can be found here.
