Off Hwy 89 about 2 miles north of Tahoe City, Talmont and Twin peaks rise 1000 feet above the lake offering spectacular views and located adjacent to one of the areas most popular hiking and biking areas: Paige Meadows. In June and July, wildflowers abound and while access and snow can make the neighborhoods challenging, they get a lot of southern and western sun exposure.
