One of my favorite areas of Lake Tahoe is the west shore. There are many exquisite lakefront properties and charming homes tucked into the hillsides of Tahoe Park, Talmont and Alpine Peaks. While Coronavirus may have slowed down economic activity in other places, real estate activity at Lake Tahoe is bursting with home sales.
Our buyers primarily come from the feeder markets of the Bay Area. Many companies are now opting to have workers work remotely permanently.
