Happy Valentine's Day! Here in North Lake Tahoe there are many ways to make your day a special one, even if you haven't planned ahead.

This is a great place to pick up a variety of delicious items, and take them to one of our beautiful outdoor areas for a winter picnic. The market has a deli with made to order sandwiches, a small produce section, pastries, Kombucha, coffee, and a large selection of beer and wine. Once you have gathered your feast, you can walk over to Sunnyside Beach, a public beach with tables near the water, or make the short drive to Commons Beach, another nice place to picnic and enjoy the beautiful scenery and lake views. There are benches and tables there as well to enjoy your meal, and the snow covered beach is delightful. The weather is cool but clear today, perfect for enjoying this beautiful Valentine's Day!
